Rome, February 27, Reuters Final approval of legislation aimed at restructuring Italy’s capital markets, including steps to increase the power of top investors in listed businesses, was granted by the country’s upper house of parliament on Tuesday.
With several notable companies leaving the Milan stock exchange in recent years due to buyouts and other markets, the law seeks to draw new investors to Borsa Italiana.
